- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Attended a seminar promoting Rocky Mountaineer rail excursions and must say the presentation left something to be desired. The seminar was very informative and helpful and the persons presenting the seminar did an outstanding job presenting the information and answering all the followup questions, but the facility was less than perfect. The presentation took place in the back of the room and was partitioned off the rest of the office so there was little privacy. The partition walls did not go up to the ceiling so the light from the rest of the office made it difficult to view the slide show and all during the presentation we could hear other employees talking on the phone conducting business. The presentation, subject matter and presenters were great, but the facilities could stand a bit of improvement.By John P, August 30, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Since I'm a forty-three year member, I obviously am totally satisfied with AAA. My latest experience (yesterday) was as usual... promptly greeted at the front desk and directed to the agent I needed. In this case, it was a travel agent (Debbie Kyle) who finished the arrangements for our upcoming cruise while patiently answering our questions (three first-time cruisers in the group, so this was a big deal for them) and quickly researching those she didn't know. Very thorough and pleasant service. This AAA office has also handled our car & home insurance for many years; I know help is readily available there when I need it as well. If I just need books and maps, the front desk has always fulfilled my requests, and with a smile.
