  Wonderful experience as soon as I walk in i was treated with Respect and Great Customer Service. Agent Mayra Cruz was knowledgeable strived to provide best quote according to my needs.. Mr Galindo was friendly and polite it was a pleasure to be @ their office.. Recommend their service 100% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I just had the worst experience ever with Allstate - Julio Galindo's office. First of all they say they open at 8:30 and I called for 2 hours and kept being transferred to the automated line because they were not answering. After having insurance with them for 18 years my insurance has been cancelled due to nonpayment when I called 3 months ago and gave them my new credit card information. I have not been notified and was told it was because they have been mailing me information. I let them know I do not check my mail and asked why they have not been called or emailed like I have been before and they said they do not have my email on file, yet I have emails from them. The customer service was horrible and she said there was nothing she could do and that my insurance was cancelled.

  When i called this office for a quote Steve gave the worst customer service. I did not get the quote that i was looking for as he could have cared less. I was hung up on 2 times. I will never do business with this location nor would i ever recommend them.
