  I had lost my debit card so I needed to withdraw some cash with my ID while waiting for a new card in the mail. The line was pretty short, and when it was my turn I was helped by a well dressed young man. After handing me my cash he stops me as I go to leave, he says "I have to tell you something." Confused I say okay... what's up? " He goes "Due to your relationship with the bank I have a special invitation for you." A thousand possibilities, could I be invited into the secret service of banking? The vault police? He then says to me "You're eligible for a credit card". BAM. BOOM. All of my hopes and dreams were destroyed. Regardless, I got my cash and I got it fast. 5/5 would bank again.

  Came here to open an account, and I gotta say this was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Jamie helped me out and was just awesome, she really cares about how the people are doing. Everyone here were really happy and very kind. Jamie and the manager (i didn't catch her name) stayed 40 minutes after they were closed to help me , they didn't rush me to finish. The people at the front counter were also very kind and happy!
