- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst title agency in town The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced After we walked it was at least 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged and then the lady just came over and said what do we want? How rude these people are then when we went to register our vehicle in Douglas az she said we have and old address in tucson so she didn't believe us...then they put a code and notes in the computer so that any other agency wouldn't give us a title til we got emissions I suggest that you look for a different place to do business at because these people abuse the access they have to the mvd account and add whatever they feel like that day instead of being professional.By Ron Morgan, July 02, 2017
