- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Just... Wow! I was skeptical at first after dealing with other used car sales (premier auto) and was disappointed at every turn. But with DT, I told them what my situation was and what I had to put towards a newer car, and they made it work! I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Chevy Malibu and couldn't be happier! I had a great experience with Herb. *I* made some mistakes with what season of the year to buy a car, and I didn't ask some questions that I probably should have. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My brother purchased a Nissan Rogue a month ago at DriveTime and while still under the 30 day limited warranty umbrella, it wouldn't start, he had it towed they did a full diagnostics (twice) and found nothing wrong. His insurance and drive time told him to look at the cars manual and YouTube tutorials, he even got the batteries changed in both his keys FOB at a Nissan dealership, the dealership told him they've never heard of his situation before. Drive Time and his insurance absolutely refuse to help him with this problem. DriveTime told him his insurance can only approve a car exchange if the shop finds the problem with the car which they can't after 2 diagnostics, every day he's stressing out because the car will lock on him totally at random EVERYDAY! It takes 1-2hrs to get the key turning. He works 1 hour out of Tucson, he needs a reliable car for work. The shop that worked on his car encouraged him to call drive time every time it happens because according to the mechanic this is on DriveTime for selling him a faulty Nissan Rogue, which I totally agree.By Tyler Fireeagle, January 06, 2017
