  So far they have been terrible: 1. Trying to get in touch with someone on the phone is an exercise in patience. On hold forever. If they are really busy (alway busy) your call is picked up by a 3rd party phone service that is not capable to handle any issues. Good luck trying to get in touch with one of the actual branches. 2. If you don't have a special phone code they won't give you any info over the phone. No matter how much info you can provide to prove you are the account holder, they won't help you. No other financial instution that I bank with does this. Not Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Pyramid FCU... I have requested the number to be mailed to me and nothing, and nothing, and nothing. 3. I was working on getting pre-approval on a loan for a vehicle. the Lady I spoke with was working on it and said she would call me back at 2:00 pm with the loan approval. I sitting at the dealership and no call. At 3:00 pm I call and speak to someone about the loan and they don't see any info about the loan. So, I have the dealership redo the loan. At the end of the day and after the loan has been approved and paper work signed by the dealership the lady calls me back. I kindly tell her that she was supposed to call at 2:00 and she didn't call so I went another route.
