- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor customer service by the department heads. Be aware they will close your existing Credit Card if you do not agree to have your credit pulled when the CC comes to the renewal date. I have been a customer for two years with solid banking record and they pulled a fast one on me. I had all my vehicle loans, direct deposit (which is not small change) and major credit card. Never again Hughes Federal credit Union. I do not need such a scruple less Financial Institution.By Matt Bone, September 15, 2017
