- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I love this place. I feel like this is the only location that offers a raffle for products. For instance, today there is a raffle for an Xbox One at 5pm and if you win all you have to do is answer the phone. On another note, Chance the manager is the man, if you have any issue with a product, talk to him and if the problem is reasonable he can be reasonable. Great place. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I walked in with a bridal set that was worth $2750. After inspecting the solitaire ring, the guy who was helping me told me the diamond had a huge crack down the center. I knew there was no way considering I babied the ring and barely wore it. I left after getting a lowball price of $600. I took the ring straight to the store where I bought it and had them inspect it. The ring did not have any cracks. It was in pristine condition. I then took the ring to USA Pawn Shop and was given a much higher price for the ring. I wasn't asking much in the first place because I know how much jewelry stores mark up their prices, and I had done my fair share of research on pawning and what to expect. I will not be returning here and advise others not to bother. USA Pawn around 1st and Fort Lowell is much better.
