- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆While the employees have good customer service skills it appears they are not all trained in the same way. I received three different sets of information about documentation required to open an account. After visiting the branch twice (only way to open a business account) and spnding over 2 hours on hold on 8 different calls trying to understand the requirements and set up an appointment I had to walk away. Their processes and procedures make it very difficult to do business with them and given the effort it took to open an account, I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be to work through a problem.By Deborah Simkin, February 04, 2017

After being here for almost 9years I'm done with this trash!
