  Like the others mentioned while they are open they put the phones on a continuous busy loop until the lobby closes. I've been trying to get my package for hours now. It says the package was deliverered to the station because where I sent the package was closed. (Dumb mistake on my part, but I always have mail delievered to my work.) Went to the station and of course it was not there and the teller said it was still on the truck. They would not call or tell me the info on the driver. I'm trying to pick up on a Saturday because they are closed on sundays. All in all they are trash and should feel bad for being a trash station.

  The staff has to deal with hundreds of Tucsonans on a daily basis and does a great job of doing so.

  Lost an important package, tracking said delivered, but nowhere found in the mailbox or the office. One DMV renewal notice expected but never arrived...ended up paying late penalty. --------------- UPDATE: I finally got my mails retrieved by the carrier after one month. The problem appeared to be that the main carrier was on leave, plus the mailbox key re-issue, plus mis-communication among the postoffice staff, so nobody knew where my mails were held even I stopped by twice asking for them.
