  They don't deliver anything but junk mail. They don't have a direct contact number, only the damned 1-800 which leads you into IVR (Recording) HELL. I have been waiting on a package since Sunday. They stated they couldn't deliver Sunday because apparently the delivery guy forgot the damned PIN to the gate he uses every weekday. Then they don't update the status so I wait Tuesday to see if they are going to re-attempt or if I have to pick it up. Well no status change until I call the damned recording in an attempt to confirm its location and decided to simply have it set for pickup. The new status is, that it will now be re-attempted at an unknown date as I requested. WTF??????? Hate this organization and still amazed its around.

  They need to hire new delivery mailman. I had a birthday card that was opened and $100 for my bday gift was missing. I called the post office, they said they can't do anything and they can't give me delivery mailman phone number. I just wanted to talk. So I finally met her, I asked her if she knew the mail was opened or noticed if anything was missing before she put it in the mail box, she was very rude with her reply and said she takes care of so much mail she can't check over 800 letters and she said her job worth than $100 and blamed it on my neighbor. I have a camera on my front door. I know who's near in my house and mailbox right there front door. I can see from my phone. Watch videos who's near in my house. This quiet neighborhood I only seen mailman and trash truck. I CANT TURST MY REGULAR MAIL DELIVERY PERSON I don't want her to come near my house.
