    Worst UPS Store I have ever been to!! The employees were extremely rude!! My corporate credit card declined and I call MasterCard to verify. They tell me everything is working fine. The employee then tells me that my declined card forced his register terminal to freeze & says that it is my fault that he has to reboot his entire system. He refuses to try my card again so I'm forced to pay cash for my transaction. He then refuses to give me a receipt for the sale saying that it would be too much trouble. I try my credit card within 2 minutes of leaving at a Shell gas station across the street & it goes through just fine. So much for my credit card being the problem!! This location should definitely lose its franchise privileges!!

    Originally thought they were good However they are a rip off ! They tell you one thing when picking up your package (that's already packaged) nd then they repack it even though it doesn't need to be repackaged just so they can charge you outrages delivery fee!!! I asked specifically if my pkg could be delivered as is & the guy picking up my order says sure, then the B#!* that calls us to get the credit card info tells us a whole different story -- charging me an outrage increase because they repackage it even though I didnt want it repackaged! Not to mention she was rude and still wanted to charge me for their unwanted repackaging when we told them I was going to come pick it up instead! Never again will I use them FOLLOW-UP In response to staff comment: THE STAFF DESERVES EVERY BIT OF THE INSULTS FOR THE BAD SERVICE AND OUR YELLING MATCH ON THE PHONE!! WE CLEARLY ASKED THE DRIVER IF THE 2 GOLD WRAPPINGS AND THE OTHER TAPPED UP BOX WOULD SUFFICE AND HE TOLD US THAT IT WOULD BECAUSE THEY WERE ALREADY IN BOXES!! PLUS I ASKED THAT NOTHING BE DONE WITH ANY PKG UNTIL WE KNEW HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST IN CASE. I WANTED TO PICK ANY OF THEM UP. HE SAID THAT WAS " NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL". ALSO WE GOT THE SAME RESPONSE WHEN WE ASKED THE SAME FOR MY CLIENT'S PKG WHICH WAS A TAPED UP BOX! YES, WE ASKED YOUR DRIVER MIND YOU!!! AND HE SAID ALL PKGS WERE FINE!! (REITERATING MYSELF HERE) IT'S NOT OUR FAULT HE DOES KNOW DIFFERENT! HOWEVER WHEN WE HAD THE ARGUING MATCH WITH YOU, YOUR DRIVER WAS CONVENIENTLY "not there for you to ask" Nor apparently does he carry a cellphone which I saw in his hand! BTW THE GOLD WRAPPED BOXES, YES BOXES WERE MEANT TO BE SHIPPED GIFT WRAPPED AND SEPARATELY FOR A REASON WHICH IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS WHY! AND YES THE POST OFFICE DOES ACCEPT IT LIKE THAT I HAVE SENT IT AS SUCH B4. I CAN GUARANTEE YOUR RUDENESS AND INABILITY TO FOLLOW THRU WITH CUSTOMERS REQUESTS HAS BEEN NOTED BY MORE THAN US! If your driver doesn't know procedures or is brand new than you need to do better training still yet you need to stick to what he tells the client! Plus you need to make sure he tells you what the customer requests. We spend lots of money shipping and I can guarantee that you lost lots of money with our clients and from the looks of all the reviews you get all over the internet! After all, I initially recommended your location to begin with, but that won't happen again! I've been telling everyone how F#@% your biz ethics and attitudes are! YES MY CLIENT AGREED TO PAY AFTER YOUR BADGERING AND ARGUING! SHE WAS BULLIED! SHE 83 YRS OLD AND DISABLED, OF COURSE SHE'S GONNA PAY, WHICH MEANS, I PAID FOR HER INSTEAD! IF YOU FEEL BETTER BULLING AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED AND ELDERLY LADY THEN YOUR A PIECE OF WORK LADY!! AND THAT'S PUTTING IT NICELY, SO READ BETELWEEN THE LINES!!!!! I SENT THE SAME PKGS VIA WALMART FOR FREE BTW! YOU JUST WANTED TO CHARGE DBL FOR REPACKGING 3 ALREADY BOXED ITEMS SO THE WEIGH MORE SHIPPING!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!Bite it B#$@!!
