- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I noticed some of the older reviews aren't too positive so I'm not sure if they have a new owner (whom I met on my last visit & she was extremely kind, helpful & personable!) but my visits are always very pleasant (I actually dislike going to FedEx on Speedway/Tucson & will avoid them at all costs & try to go to this UPS due to their A+ customer service.) They help open the doors, offer to carry in large packages & really just treat you like you should be treated. Keep up the good work :)By Fatimah Yada, May 28, 2017
