- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆BEWARE!!!! Poor customer service, long wait times, only a couple tellers open when 10+ people are standing in line. To make up for the long wait times, an employee walks around offering customers water, the same thing an open cooler with a sign that says "free water" can accomplish. The employee's time would be better spent decreasing the number of customers waiting in line by assisting with transactions behind the counter, but this is wells Fargo and we are in Tucson, so of course their to stupid to think of that. Chase, us bank, any credit union or even money orders are a better alternative than having to deal with wells Fargo or this particular branch. BEWARE!!!!! P.S. Be sure to have them check for open accounts in your name that you are unaware of, this is wells Fargo speciality and why they are paying customers 142 million in restitution because of it.By andy andy, December 08, 2016
