- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Over the past 35 years, I have endured several real estate loan processes - most of which were something short of pleasurable. Recently my wife and I decided to pursue the purchase of our dream cabin in the white mountains of Arizona. We had the good fortune of working with Ray Edwards and the staff at Edwards Financial Services. Ray skillfully guided us through a very lengthy and complex loan process. Ray's knowledge and attention to detail were instrumental in ensuring that all the supporting documentation required to complete the loan process accompanied the application. Ray's integrity and professional demeanor were truly evident as he worked with the underwriters, mortgage lenders, real estate agents and title companies to expedite our loan in a timely fashion. The end result was that we secure a loan at a great rate and we now spend our free time enjoying the outdoors at our new cabin in the mountains.
