  Very insensitive! My brother died suddenly on November 21st and, obviously an investigator had to examine his body before he could be removed from our home. I completely understand that and I wanted him to be thorough. However, when he rolled my brother on his side, a great deal of blood came out of his mouth and pooled on the shroud that the EMTs placed over my brother. The investigator left the bloody shroud on the floor when he left! Thank God I am not bothered by sight of blood. I was left to clean up. When he and his assistant removed my brother's body from our apartment, they carried him out like a sack of potatoes. My mother and the friends who had gathered to support us witnessed this. These people are meeting others on the worst day of their lives. I'm sure that dealing with the grave (no pun intended) nature of their job wears on them but there's absolutely NO excuse for being so insensitive and disrespectful.

  Waiting 24 now 36 hrs to b contacted about my daughter's remains and what the next steps are. Go figure now they closed all weekend while we just wait and wonder..... Thanks for putting a grieving family off. Hope if it was ur loved one u would get compassionate advice and quick assistance. I feel defeated today....
