- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Honest with integrity. Brett, Seth and the fellas are honest, care and teach customers. They encourage new (young) collectors. My guess is most of the negative comments are from those who found out that their priceless heirloom was truly priceless and took it out on the messenger. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to see what my stamped 14k gold chain was worth as well as a collection of silver dimes. I handed older gentleman necklace for appraisal and he took one glance at it and dismissed it as a fake. I have never heard of a gold plated necklace being solely stamped as 14k without the 925 or nickel symbol too. He didn't take the time to even test it. During our short interaction, my 3 year old walked behind a display counter, that wasnt gated off, and the man scolded him immediately. I drove out of my way to come here based on previous reviews and was disappointed with the customer service. Didn't bother asking evaluation on my extensive coin collection.
