- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am extremely disappointed. I brought my out of state sister her to ship a crystal decanter with matching wine glasses that had been in the family since the early seventies. There were 5 glasses. When my sister received them at her home in Colorado one was missing. No information about why just not there. Even though the manager is arranging to pay the dollar value of $28.00 for the missing glass the fact that it is priceless to us, and that it is missing without a explanation is totally inexcusable.
