- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Today, I spoke with the manager of the store, and she was very kind and nice enough to address all of my concerns. She told me that what happened was unfortunate, and looked into "my issue" and found the error, as well as my package that could not be found originally. As a result, I was impressed with her professionalism and commitment to her customers. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is my friendly neighborhood UPS Store. I go there often to fax and and make copies frequently. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The girls are always kind to me and very helpful. My husband is a disable combat Veteran and Kevin took time out of his busy schedule to help him with carrying his package. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We took 9 boxes of items to be shipped to California to the UPS Store on Golf Links. Adrienne and the other young woman in the store (unfortunately I didn't get her name) could not have been more helpful, cheerful and efficient. One of our items was a large copper antique fire extinguisher and one of the women suggested we do a pencil rubbing of the verbage on the extinguisher, then provided us with paper and pencils (as well as a pencil sharpener).
