- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Brewer Caldwell Tucson office are the biggest scam artists!! They took advantage of a single mother of two children; even given a good rental history, they charged me First, Last and an additional deposit equalling 1 months rent!!! If I wasn't so desperate I would have told them to take a hike!!! Unfortuneately I paid it and now they are trying to scam me into another year lease when I clearly wanted to go month to month!!!! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am a real estate agent. I took a listing from an out of town home owner. Brewer-Caldwell sold the property and managed the property for almost 3 yrs. When I took over there were trash bags in the backyard, X-Mas Tree, broken furniture in the garage, weeds, trees and bushes were a mess. Maintenance manager told me that they deducted the amount from the tenants deposit and they were not going to remove them. And turn around send an estimate to home owner for the work they suppose to be doing. Go figure. It has been over a month still waiting for the garage door openers. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We have lived in a rental from Brewer Caldwell for 5 years. Have paid over $56.000 dollars for this house. The carpet has been bad since installation. Brewer Caldwell had there maintenance man Jordan come out and say that the carpet was not defected and we would not be responsible. Really does that mean that now we have holes in our carpet tack strip coming up nails that you are stepping on all the time that WE CANT HAVE THE OWNER REPLACE THE CARPET. AFTER $56.000 these people are horrible and nonhuman. There are never staff members in the office except the week of the 1st of the month to collect rent. I can not say one good thing about this place. They have really down excised in staffing looks like to me they are on there way out.
