  Hated it is an under statement. I had received impeccable service in Utah with my State Farm agent there and was thrilled to find someone in Tucson who made promises to me about taking as good of care of my needs. This is not what happend. I was never able to have a conversation with Nancy Hardly ever returned my calls Never was in her office when I would go in I now have a new agent as of 4/2014 and couldn't be happier. Had I stayed with Craney God only knows how the accident I was in would have been handled.

  I tried long time ago to switch to them from my current auto insurance, but because the staff didn't welcome me, and he also didn't look care if I join them, I changed my mind.

  My family has been with the Nancy Craney State Farm office for many years and although we have good rates they are very unorganized when it comes to handling our claims. They do not return calls when they say they will and both claims I'm had in the last two years have taken extremely long to complete, one took several months even though my boyfriend's State Farm office took less than half the time to complete the same claim from the same accident we were both involved in. I am beyond frustrated with this office and will be looking for another Insurance company even if I have to pay slightly more.

  Stopped In at Nancy's office today and was greeted immediately. Nancy Was very friendly and professional in answering all my questions. Her team was also helping and friendly which is a breathe of fresh air these days. They understand the value of there customers and instilled that in me with my visit. Thank you again!

  I went in for an auto quote and a very nice young man, Matthew greeted me. He was very friendly and ask how he could help me? He took time to explain all the questions that I had and was very informative on other products that State Farm offered. He talked to me about Home Owners, New Car Loans, and Life Insurance. By the time I was done the whole office had come over and I was introduced to all, Nancy the State Farm Agent asked if all my concerns were being taken care of, it was a very positive experience, one I would recommend to Family and Friends. I'd like to Thank Matthew for making a normally stressful experience very pleasant. Thank You, Edwina LaFontain
