  I worked with Sunstreet b/c of a an awful experience with Wells Fargo. We puchased a Foreclosed home and used Wells Fargo We were set to close in Nov 08 and signed the agreement in Sept 08 The closing kept getting pushed back until the Real Estate agent gave us an ultimatum that we had to close by Jan 1st 09 or they were going with someone else. Wells fargo is awful they kept asking for more and more paperwork. I have a >700 fico and make over 100k so Wells sucks. I have worked with Dave at Sunstreet before and decided as a last ditch effort to save the deal I called him. I must saw they worked their butts off through Christmas and we closed on New years eve. They got it done in 1 week...I will always stay with Dave Wolsky and Sunstreet.

  I had a great experience working with Debbie Blackburn. She was very thorough in explaining the process to me and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend her.

  Took 6 weeks Trying to get a Home Loan and Horrible Communication with Senior Loan Officer, Excuse after Excuse no call backs for sometimes a week, Did i mention poor communication? Wasted six weeks of our Lives just trying to buy a Home. I would not use this Company. Today i drew the line and took my docs elsewhere.

  Working in the Title industry, I choose my Loan Officer very carefully! Debbie did such an amazing job helping us purchase our home! We are both very busy and Debbie helped keep us on track so we could close on time. Debbie and her team are professional, kind, and respectful not to mention always so happy and fun to talk to! Purchasing a home is so stressful and Debbie's joyful voice always helped cut the stress!! SunStreet is a great company to work with. I am so happy we choose to work with Debbie and her amazing team! I would highly recommend Debbie Blackburn to my family, friends, and colleagues!!

  I did my refinance and my last purchase with Debbie Blackburn and would highly recommend her. She is very nice and extremely knowledgeable having extensive experience in the business. I admired that she would not do anything that would compromise her integrity. Very pleased with the service I received from her and will be recommending her and Sunstreet Mortgage to friends and family.
