- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Scheduled transfer service 10 days advanced. Got auto-response everything was fine. Instead of transferring they shut off service. Then charged me $50 to turn it back on. Threatened me w/ tampering saying I can't turn it back on. On hold forever until they just hang up. Awful, just a disgrace. Truly horrible.By Kevin Schaller, May 07, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give zero stars I would. This company does not care about you, your children, or anything that requires water. If you call them more than 3 to 4 times, due to negligence on fixing a water pressure issue, you will be flagged in their system as a troublemaker. You will receive no help. They own you and they are run by Satan (and I'm not even a religious person, lol!). We're going to have to get a lawyer or move. Our toilet's won't even flush and they don't care. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Who's smart idea What is it to replace the concrete/metal water meter covers with plastic covers? When it rains and the water flows down the street like a small river during monsoon season the plastic covers are pushed out and then the water meter area where the new Wi-Fi system that was installed to track our water usage is now filled with the brie, garbage and whatever the water drags down the street! What an odd most idiotic stupid, moronic! This is how the city of Tucson deliberately spends money on the most idiotic and unneeded items....By Joe Ram, February 16, 2017
