  I unfortunately got stuck with the rudest employee on the face of the planet. He kept mumbling under his breath and was out-of-this world rude!! I mailed a package to one of my Mary Kay customers. When she received the package, the only thing in the package was the receipt. The package had been cut open and the contents taken. I've attempted to contact by email, but I have not heard a response on how to proceed. I told him I wanted insurance up to $100, and I never received the green slip. I asked if I needed it, and he stated that I did not. I assumed the policy had changed, and he knew was he was doing. I'm very unhappy, and the products enclosed were pricey. Please advise as to how you can help me resolve this issue. Thank you!

  Awful customer service! They lost a package I sent using priority mail. 7 weeks later my package finially arrives at it destination so when I show up to ask for a refund for my priority mail fees and ask for a copy of my original receipt (which they wanted to keep), the man tells me "why do you want a copy? you're getting your money back aren't you?" His response was completely unnecessary. Not only do they loose packages but they are not customer friendly. Im never going to this location again..

  I have been using this post office for 3 years now. I have never been treated rudely, they have actually gone out of their way several times to assist me. Yes it is busy at times, but they have no control over that and take their time with each customer as needed. I have moved recently and there is a closer facility, I still drive to the Thornydale location because of the service I have received in the past.
