  I mailed a letter going across town on the 12th that was postmarked Phoenix on the 18th and delivered back here on the21st. I mailed a letter going on THIS side of town on the 14th that was postmarked Phoenix on the 18th that was delivered on the 20th. I mailed a letter going to S. Calif. on the 14th that was postmarked Phoenix on the 18th and was delivered on the 21st. I hand-carried a parcel to the postal-dude-in-the=box at B'way and Houghton on the 17that with a tracking ETA in Gilbert, AZ, on the 19th that went to Los Angeles before being sent back and delivered to Gilbert on the 21st. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON AT THE RINCON STATION in Tucson that results in so many negative reviews and a grade of "D"?

  People only ever seem to write a review if they have something to complain about. Y'know, I wonder if there's a single post office in America that has higher than a 3 star rating? But I think that's a little unfair. What about the hundreds of thousands of letters and packages that come through these facilities and are perfectly managed? What about the thousands of small businesses that rely on these guys to get their goods from A to B every single day? Like me. I do a lot of online sales, and therefore a lot of shipping. I'm here at this post office up to 10 times a week. Not once have I ever had an issue - no lost packages, no conflicts with the employees, no needs unmet. The staff have even been willing to bend over backwards to help me out a couple of times now. Like the time I dropped off a completely blank package like a moron, and I was able to call, give a description of the VERY generic-looking package, and have it found in

  I mailed over $240 worth of Graduation announcements directly from this location. Over 50% just vanished into thin air. It has to be this location because a family living down the road got theirs and another on the same road didn't! I also received 5 packages in my PO Box during Christmas that weren't mine! (Good thing I'm nice enough to return them) They were completely different PO Box #'s. It's no wonder I don't get many packages myself. I've taken my business elsewhere as often as I can.
