- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Was in yesterday (8/19) afternoon to drop off a return package with a prepaid label. One young man on the floor all by himself, and he was cleaning some cabinets when I walked in. Good impression #1. He was friendly, helpful, and competent. Good impression #2. When we had finished, he thanked me. Good impression #3! I don't know why, but I don't hear "thank you" very often anymore..."here you go" (as they had back your change or cc), or "have a nice day", etc. Which is fine, but not quite as good as an old fashioned thank you. If I was looking to hire an employee right now, I would go down and offer that man a job!By Juliette Beaumont, December 23, 2016
