It is a joy to be not have to worry about my mail being safe about packages being delivered and saved for me and for anything that needs to be signed will be signed and waiting for me when I have time to pick it up. They are kind and professional at all times to me Yesterday while I was waiting my turn I witnessed how kind and understanding the staff person was to someone who did not understand the notary process and then how to effectively and efficiently mail out a package. They had no knowledge of whether or not their store "accepted" dhl packages when every other UPS store I've ever been to has gladly taken them. The staff has been there for many years which should speak volumes. And they always go above and beyond if I have special requirements.
