  This bank lacks management and professionalism. On a busy Saturday afternoon, with 6-8 people in line, they have two windows open. One is for the lowly "regular" customers and the other for business. This woman walks in and jumps in the business line and when the window opened she walked up and stated "is this the business line? I realize these people have been waiting but I didn't want to be disrespectful". Not disrespectful, just an incredibly stupid woman and staff. I immediately walked up to the window and told them what BS it was and that I was closing my accounts. I too, am a business owner. I was being respectful of those in line so I got in line with them. I also had a broken arm and three fractured ribs. Some people, like this woman and the Wells Fargo staff, have zero class. I immediately zeroed out my accounts that afternoon on the internet and opened a new account elsewhere. Avoid this bank at all costs. Avoid ALL of Wells Fargo banks.

  Bad customer service, been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years until coming to this location I realize that they have different policies from all the other locations I've been. very disappointed because what I was asking for has been done every year at every branch that I've been to with no hesitation. I guess for a simple copy now they're starting to charge because this location has different policies. I guess it's time to change Banks because of their fraud they're trying to charge us
